The ProClarity Business Logic Server (BLS), a component server within the ProClarity Analytics Server, is the central storage and management hub for predefined analytic best practices such as business logic and rules, KPIs, queries, and member/set definitions.
Advanced analysts create, manage and store analytic logic to the ProClarity Business Logic Server, which ensures the propagation of 憃ne version of the truth?throughout the enterprise. No longer will decision makers waste time trying to define what is meant by 憈op performing customer,?as these definitions have been defined and published to the Business Logic Server by those whose function it is to determine these rules.
The ProClarity Business Logic Server comes with two user-interface tools, the KPI Designer and the ProClarity Selector, to help advanced analysts create and publish KPIs, queries and sets.
The KPI Designer comes preloaded with more than 40 standard KPI measures and also features a wizard-driven KPI builder that steps analysts through the task of creating unique KPIs, all without any knowledge or requirement to work with underlying code.
