《Streets of Moscow》忠实呈现了莫斯科的实际街道与天气变化，让玩家犹如置身莫斯科街头赛场。在《Streets of Moscow》中，玩家更需要利用各种街头赛车的特性来让自己赢得竞赛，例如，尖峰时段的车阵让对手陷入动弹不得的窘境，或者寻找隐密的巷道捷径，甚至撞飞前方的车子来阻挡对手的道路，以各种手段来赢得比赛。
本作中共有30几辆不同的车款供玩家选取与改造，同时支援连线功能，玩家不仅能到网路上展现专属的酷炫跑车，还可以利用各种不同的方式来打败对手，在死斗模式中，只有摧毁对手，才是致胜的唯一解答。而短距冲刺赛，则将挑战车体的空气阻力设计，唯有最大的马力、最小的阻力、最轻的重量，才是获胜不二法门。
