Continent is the 4th studio album from the deathcore band The Acacia Strain. Recording began on April 13th, 2008 and it was released August 19, 2008 via Prosthetic Records. Frontman Vincent Bennett also spoke to MTV News about the band's forthcoming LP, saying it was Acacia's "darkest" effort to date.
The album debuted at #107 on The Billboard Top 200 chart and No. 2 on the Billboard's Heatseeker Chart with first week sales of almost 5,600.
