《弹震症2：血迹》是大名鼎鼎的恐怖射击游戏《弹震症：越南67 》的续作。游戏不但保持了前作暴力、恐怖的风格，而且游戏的故事也设定在越南战争时期。玩家在本作当中将体验到更惊悚、更暴力的战争场面。
在越南战争时期，一架载有神秘“白骑士”的运输机坠毁在越南柬埔寨的丛林中。虽然有一队特工前往调查，可也失去踪迹。一个月后，终于有一名调查员从丛林中走了出来，可是似乎他已经被某种东西所侵蚀……
《弹震症2：血迹》不但将给玩家带来相比前作更加恐怖的感觉，而且玩家还要在面对越南的生存挑战的同时，遭受随时都有可能出现的“白骑士”的袭击。
