自从《暗黑破坏神》问世以来，其架构成为许多 ARPG 甚至在线游戏的模板。尽管追随者众，但具有令人耳目一新的创意者却寥寥无几，该现象直到颠覆许多 ARPG 传统元素的《魔法黎明》推出后才被打破，其续作《魔法黎明 2：逢魔之刻》的推出，预料将再次掀起话题。《魔法黎明 2：逢魔之刻》预计今年第二季发行。
作为少数能自成一格、开创新流派的佳作，《魔法黎明 2：逢魔之刻》和一般ARPG不同，舍弃肉搏/魔法/远程/复合等传统职业区分方式，唯一强调的只剩魔法，魔力达于颠峰者便能主宰人神两界！玩家必须从12个派系、破百种法术中，透过本作独有的魔法组合系统，搭配出独一无二的魔法连击套路。
而学习魔法的方式也十分特别，不是单单透过升级投点到技能上而已，为了让魔力能和自身充分结合，在魔法赋予力量的同时，连同身形也将改变，山羊角、蜥蜴尾、虫型肢、钢铁身…，越是高强的术士将越悖离人形，取得力量以抗衡人神两界的代价实在非同小可。而在百种以上的魔法组合下，相乘效果将让每个玩家的造型都将是独一无二的帅气（狰狞？）。
除了独特的魔法组合外，本作也具备一般 ARPG 的打宝与多重任务系统，但细节尚未公布，敬请喜爱 ARPG 的玩家保持密切注意。
