Full tutorial made by me in June of 2009. This training DVD length tutorial covers the complete creation of a modern weapon, the AK74U, using 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, Marmoset, and assorted brushes/plugins.
This is a large download, however this contains over 7 hours of footage! Also included is several of the brushes I used as well as the final asset.
Everything here made by racer445 in 2009.
Use marmo.mesh in the marmo folder for marmoset and use the obj for anything else.
This asset was made for marmoset so the textures may need tweaking so it looks nice in other engines, mainly on the spec map.
The textures included are at half size, 2048, which is actual game res.
The few brushes included were made by me and a bunch of other people from the internets.
They're awesome brushes and if you made any of them let me know if you don't want them included in this for any reason.
Oh and so like totally don't sell this stuff or use anything here for anything other than personal use.
