Philadelphia Style is an American magazine which covers lifestyle and fashion for upper-income readers in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
The publication was taken over by Niche Media LLC in 2008, amidst growing competition in the luxury market. The previous owner, Dana Spain-Smith, sold the company to devote more time to her work with the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society. Spain-Smith announced that the staff would be keeping their jobs and introduced chief executive Jason Binn to the staff before the sale.
