We Are the Ocean are a 5 piece post-hardcore band from London and Essex, England.
Dan Brown - screaming vocals
Liam Cromby - clean vocals, rhythm guitar
Alfie Scully - lead guitar
Jack Spence - bass guitar
Tom Whittaker - drums
The band has played hundreds of shows since their formation, including several festivals during 2008 such as Slam Dunk, Offset Festival, Middlesbrough Music Live, and Taste Of Chaos. They have supported bands such as You Me At Six, The Used, The Blackout, Fightstar, Funeral For A Friend and My American Heart, as well as playing alongside From First To Last, The Medic Droid, Brigade, Saving Aimee, Tonight Is Goodbye and Furthest Drive Home. They embarked on a 24 day show headline tour in January and February 2009, selling out most venues.
Cutting Our Teeth is the debut Album by post-hardcore band We Are the Ocean, after releasing two EPs. A promotional video has been made for the song 'Look Alive'.
