选择哪些分子要进行Docking计算；
选择哪个键结区域来进行Docking计算(MVD)会先自动计算出有可能的binding pockets
设定演算法及计算过程的参数设定
管理及增加额外的限制条件
在计算的过程中检查计算过程中的错误状况
