For this album - her recordingdebut - acclaimed pianist Yuja Wang presents a musically interconnected programme:Chopin's "forward-looking"finale became Scriabin's so-nata model; but if the "im-provisatory" Scriabin is "likea fantasy world", says Yuja,the "Faustian" Liszt Sonata is "heaven and hell: real life.And for contrast with those big Romantic works, I chose sparkles of Ligeti."
