此套纪念章共15枚，材质为铜质镀金，规格为直径30毫米，造币工艺制造。正面图案分别为中国2010年上海世博会会徽和中英文名称，以及15个参展国家展馆——马来西亚馆、印度尼西亚馆、爱尔兰馆、非洲联合馆、加拿大馆、摩洛哥馆、巴西馆、新西兰馆、美国馆、法国馆、土耳其馆、墨西哥馆、瑞典馆、卢森堡馆、英国馆（本产品所用世博参展国自建馆效果图截止日期为2009年9月18日）；背面图案统一为中国2010年上海世博会的会徽、中英文名称和“城市，让生活更美好”的中英文文字。
此套纪念章设计新颖，工艺精良，配有上海世博会特许商品防伪标签，限量编号发行20000套。
This World Expo Shanghai Participating Nations’ Pavilions Commemorative Medallion Set (3) is made by authorization of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination.
This commemorative medallion set includes 5 pieces, each made of gold-plated copper with a diameter of 30mm with coinage technique. The front side of each, respectively, carries the image of the pavilion of one of 15 participating nations, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Ireland, Joint Africa, Canada, Morocco, Brazil, New Zealand, the United State of America, France, Turkey, Mexico, Sweden, Luxemburg and the United Kingdom (based on the designs confirmed by participating nations as of September 18th, 2009), all accompanied by the image of the emblem of Expo 2010 Shanghai China as well as the text of this great event’s title in both Chinese and English; their back sides share the same design that consists of the image of the emblem of Expo 2010 Shanghai China as well as the texts of this great event’s title and “Better City, Better Life” in both Chinese and English.
Innovatively designed and made with advanced technique, this unique commemorative medallion set carries an anti-counterfeit label for the World Expo Shanghai Official Licensed Product and has a limited circulation of 20,000 sets that have been serially numbered.
