Kleiber is the Acting Director of the Arboretum of the Barnes Foundation in Merion, Pennsylvania. Formerly, she was a Horticulturist for W. Atlee Burpee & Co. Dr. Allan Armitage has written hundreds of articles for magazines including Horticulture and Fine Gardening. He is the author of six books, most recently Ornamental Bedding Plant Production and Allan Armitage on Perennials, part of the Burpee Expert Gardener Series. He lives in Athens, Georgia.
