看个体体质而定有这可能，但不要过分担心。药流基本上是没事 的，药流的损伤比人流损伤少。宫外孕不能用药流。

很难说，看个人体制，不过或多或少总有影响的，就算不用药流，也有可能会不会怀孕，所以尽量不要去做人流，还有到正规的医院，让医生检查一下，会不回导致以后不会怀孕。
