Liu XX, graduated from Chemistry Department of Henan Normal University, assumed the offices of workshop director and engineer in Anshan Iron & Steel and Wuhan Iron & Steel successively. He is a senior committeeman of The Corrosion and Anti-Corrosion Academy and was embodied in A Dictionay of Excellent Chinese. Presently, he is senior consultant of XX Eng. & Tech. Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu was a founder of hot-dip galvanizing on broadband steel, awarded Grand Technology Achievement six times in hot-dip galvanizing field. His monograph Hot-Dip Galvanizing has been published abroad, and awarded prize in Paris First International Books Exposition.
