I'm a shy and introverted lady.though I 'm 33years old .but I found I cannot deal things perfectly including the human relationship and my job.as to my job ,my major is accounting but my favorite and expected job is to become interpretor .but I really have no experience in the two aspects .I 'm very upset.How should I do right now?
Firstly, to make an assessment on your willing and capacity of being an interpretor. You may list the advantages (such as more happy during new work, more complying with your characteristics, futural potential salary level, or more communication with broader aspect of people, etc.) and disadvantages/cost you have to paid (i.e. losing current job, possibility of unstability in several months). If it is possitive, go to the next step; if not, try to keep considering how to improve your skills of human relationship in current occupation.
Secondly, to formulate a plan for your improvement of interpretation. You can seek for opportunities to actual interpretation (maybe attend the meeting as interpretor, maybe free firstly, or maybe just simulated interpretation when you attend a high level seminar/forum) to identify wich level of interpretation you are in; to consult with freinds who are in this kind of job to master more details of the job; then to prepare a training course or to get a professional certificate, which is the necessity for entering this job market and as a convincing proof of your capacity.
Finally, to seek for new job potentials, via freinds, web information, recruite ads, etc.
