In English terms , 企业管理 is management, it deals with issues that occurred within an organization, e.g. HRM, Fincial management, strategic planning or even the production management and supply chain management.
In comparision, 市场管理 is marketing, it is actually to do with the product analysis in the market place. E.g. if you have a new product, you want to do the market research on the market size, the general environment of the firm, the current market condition, your objective, mission, vision and then decide on your target market, market positioning and then basic 4Ps. OR, in other words, how are u going to sell it in the target market.
