没有听说过这样的说法。这句话应该说成：
It will be beneficial to you later in your career.
如果说成It will be of benefit to you later in your career 或者说成it will be benefit to you later in your career 都给我一个很奇怪的感觉。听了都觉得不对。
对我来说，It will be benefit to you later in your career是一句典型的中国式英文，不懂得使用正确的词性；It will be of benefit to you latter in your career是一句错误的英文句子。
1，be是系动词，不能接名词benefit；of是介词，与benefit构成介词短语，可以做表语，在系动词后；
2，be意思为是，of意思为具有，benefit意思为利益。三者连在一起意思才能完整。
要加of. 英文慣性如此用法，記著它吧！
这里的of是要加的。举个例子：
It is important to be honest.
It is of importance to be honest.
这两个句子意思是一样的，只是important与importance的词性区别罢了。同样道理，
It will be of benefit to you later in your career.
It will be benefitial to you later in your career.
这两个句子也是一样意思的。也是词语的词性区别。
