1，学医可以出国，没有人限制你；
2，美国可能更好，因为那里华人多，你可以使用双语；
3，清华临床医学出国少，是因为这些人怕艰苦，怕自己不能过关；
4，在美国要行医，你必须考美国的医师执照，还有几年的实习期，一般5－10年时间，如果你有很好英语，可能要短一些；
5，国内博士找工作不难，看是什么工作：医生工作不可能，医生助手要5－10年，医学实验室比较容易（1年内，必须在国内花功夫联系好），一般生化实验室和分子生物学实验室工作没有问题（半年内）。
The States is your best choice. Americans are so lazy and then think the work in hospital is really hard and dirty. Do you know that, so many nurses from mainland easily getting a vias and easily finding jobs in hospital. But I don't know about doctor. Americans don't really trust Chinese university diploma! So I'm not sure. Suggest you to ask some education agency.
