World Customs Organization
世界海关组织（world customs organization，简称wco）在1994年以前称为海关合作理事会（customs co－operation council），它是为了简化和协调海关业务制度、方便国际贸易而建立的一个国际政府间海关组织，它是欧洲主要国家根据《关于设立海关合作理事会的公约》创立的国际海关组织，于1953年1月26日正式成立，总部设在布鲁塞尔，我国于1983年7月18日加入海关合作理事会.
