2 go to google search ziguang pinyin shurufa
then download it.

这个挺好用的，我们在国外都用这个。进入页面后如果不能读中文，还可以先选择英文页面，以达到进入下载页面的目的。
Before I had a some problem,but i can change now.
1.go to "control parel"
2.than go to "date,time ,language and regional option"
3.and go to "and other language"
4.go to "advanced"
5.you can see a down list, and choose "Chinese(prc)"
And you can see chinese in some website too.
