Deceiving your enemies is a indispensible tactic in all warfares. Modern game theory which can apply to all kind of competitions and warfares, has clearly shown that the availability of information can fundamentally affect the outcome of decisions of different parties acting rationally. In the real world, lots of resources are employed just to obtain better information to reduce uncertainties as well as to assess the decision models confronted by our opponents to enable us to make rational decisions under all kind of "games". We do this and all our opponents are doing this. It is a wise tactic to deceive our opponents by giving them untrue or misleading information to affect the outcome of their decisions. The methods used can be a release of false information actively or just passively pretending we are not what they think we are.
Deceiving the enemies is a must and we have to aware that our enemies are doing the same things on us.
