問題描述:

背景: you are talking to one of your salespeople about his performance at work, this employee needs to improve in some areas.you are making direct suggestions for improvement hoping that your employee will sell more in the future.

role play形式的

you do not agree with everything your supervisor has to say to you 女老板态度应该比较咄咄逼人一点 ,而那个salesman 应该是不服气的

在这个基础上修改并加长,谢谢

Boss: B; Employee: E

B: I believe you can do better if you can make soem progress.

E: I have tried my best to sale, but somehow it doesn't work very well...

B: I think you need to be more open, I mean a positive attitude is a important way to begin your work.

E: I see...actually sometime I'm so shy...

B: Don't be shy. You know, as sales person you have to speak and open your mind...which will give your clients good impression...

我编了个role play.女老板态度不光是咄咄逼人,好象还有点冷血.不好意思.不知道你喜不喜欢?

祝好!

Role play

Characters: Betty Shapiro(Boss)

David Green( a salesman)

Scene: Betty’s office

B: (picks up the phone and talks to the secretary) Linda, please tell Mr. Green to come to see me right now.

D:(knock knock)

B: come in. Take a seat, please.

D: (looks a little bit nervous, stands there)

B: sit, please!

D: (sits down.)

B: listen, Mr. Green, I just read the performance report of this month. I'm very disappointed.

D: Mrs. Shapiro, could you let me explain?

B: I don't want to hear your excuses. I just want to see the results.

D: Just give me two minutes, ok? There are busy sales seasons and there are quiet sales seasons, just like the high tides and low tides. Right now, it is so hot and people are away on vacations. There is nothing we can do.

B: Everything is possible. People are away, right? are they on the beach? Are they on the cruise? Are they in the resort? right? Then go hunt them. Call them. Chase them. Send them e-mails. Do whatever ways you can think of. Just show me the goddammed money!

D: Mrs. Shapiro, I've been working like a dog these days. I really have tried very hard.

B: well, if you choose this tough job, you'd better be a tough cookie. You should be on your business trip this time tomorrow.

D: Mrs. Shapiro, I can't be away these days. My son is going to take the National college entrance exam soon. I really want to stay home with him.

B: absolutely no. If you don't work hard enough, how can you support him for his college? The end of the discussion.

D:(gets up and walks towards the door without saying a word)

B: where are you going?

D: I quit!( he slams the door behind him.)

B: What???

the end
