摘 要 目的 总结和随访我院植入的永久心脏起搏器患者39例的体会和随访结果。方法 插入起搏电极导线早期以头静脉途径为首选，后来选择锁骨下静脉穿刺术，术中严格无菌操作，术后监护。结果 39例患者均成功植入永久心脏起搏器，术后全身状态明显改善，活动耐量增加，围手术期并发症发生率5%。结论 心脏起搏术是治疗有症状缓慢心律失常的首选治疗措施。
