My dream job
Everybody has his or her dream job. A dream is necessary for us. If we have a dream, then, we get a goal of our study life. Whether it’s hard or easy for us, we still must try to achieve our goal. I have a dream job, too.
When I was just a small child, I began to dream that in the future, I would be a very famous translator. Time flies, now, I become a middle school student, I'm still dreaming about it in my heart.. And the will to let my dream come true is more and more strong. Do you know why? Now, let me tell you the reasons.
First, as you know, that I began to read the Harry Potter series when I was only 8 years old. At that time, I even don’t know how to speak English. So, I just can read the book in Chinese. But the books are in English. Then, we need translators to translate this book from English to Chinese. From then on, I began to admire this job for it can help lots of people who can’t understand foreign languages to read books. And I really want to work as a translator.
Second, it’s a job, which can get a high salary. Not all the people can do well on this job. So, if I do well, I’ll get much money, and become famous and successful.
But I should know that it’s not an easy thing to do. Nowadays, this job become more and more popular, and lots of people want and decide to do it. In order to achieve this goal, I must learn English harder than anyone else. I should improve especially my English speaking and listening. So, I should speaking English every day, try to find chance to speak more English every day, then, I’ll make a great progress on it. As for my English listening, my MP3 Player can help me a lot. I can use it to listen to English articles everywhere! While I am listening, of course my English will improve.
Anyway, this is my dream job. I’m sure I’ll try to get it and of course I’ll never give up.
