世贸组织规则
世界贸易组织〔WTO，简称“世贸组织”〕是于1995年1月1日成立的。其前身是1948年成立的关税及贸易总协定〔GATT，简称为“关贸总协定”〕。然而，关贸总协定并没有获得正式的国际组织的地位，它仅设有一个很小的秘书处，负责组织和协调成员国之间就关税减让及货物贸易关税问题的谈判。与关贸总协定相比，世贸组织不仅扩大了所调整和规范的贸易范围〔包括货物贸易，服务贸易和知识产权等，而关贸总协定仅涉及货物贸易〕，并且确立了一套相当完备的争端解决机制。世贸组织的基本宗旨包括五个方面：提高生活水平，保障充分就业，大幅度稳步提高实际收入和有效需求，扩大产品生产，提高服务质量促进货物及服务贸易，确保发展中国家，尤其是最不发达国家能获得与其国际贸易额增长需要相适应的经济发展。中国于2001年11月成为了世界贸易组织的成员国。
