我刚刚从部队回来的时候,进入了一个新的集体学习,因为是部队经过锻炼,加上是党员,所以被老师安排当了班长,开始班里的同学不服气.但我通过一次自己介绍的活动,让班里的每一个同学重新认识彼此,也让大家了解我,说了一些我的经历和心里话,以后我便从帮班里同学复印学习资料,擦黑板等一些很小的事情做起,慢慢让大家对我了解,并最后等到大家的认可.
