It was quite interesting, I had not seen any decorations or heard anyone talking about Chinese new year. Then at 10:30 sunday night the sky lit up with fireworks. They went of for about 5 minutes and then stopped.
I expect there were probably big celebrations in central London, as there is a china town in central london. I did not see any celebrations where I lived apart from the fireworks.
What happens on Lantern Festival? Do you give out red envelopes?
