For MSc, you don't receive any scholarship, but for MPhil and PhD, you do. Usually, there is bursary attached with the degree offer, sufficient to cover the tuition fee and living cost. You earn a supplement income by doing extras such as teaching assistant or research assistant.
The new policy allows students, after their first year, to work part time in Canada. Usually, pay is no good, so don't rely on it for survival.
There are lots of pharmaceutical companies in Canada recruiting students like you, so finding a job is not difficult, provided you speak good English.
