启示二：大企业的高层决策者必须具有相当高的综合素质，不能只是单纯擅长营销。这也是正职与副职的素质差异。
启示三：企业的创新与整合应是长期积累的结果，在这方面缺少必要的过程只会导致事与愿违的情况发生，企业家应比军事家表现出更有耐力和更加稳重。
