In order to facilitate proper communication between employees and firm management Morgan Stanley would like to have employees elect an employee representative who can consult with the company on such matters as confirming the employee handbook.
We are inviting each employee to submit nominations for the employee representative for the company in which you work. You can nominate yourself or another person but the person must work in the same company as you do.
To make a nomination, please send an e-mail to Peter Davis (Peter.H.Davis@morganstanley.com) no later than 5:00 pm on Thursday, September 21, 2006, stating the name of the person you wish to nominate and the name of the Morgan Stanley entity in which you and that person work.
The election will be held over a one week commencing September 22. Everyone will be asked to vote electronically using the Firm’s website. The successful candidate will be announced in early October.
