1.) It seems as if the bonus might have been effected by the attempt to improve the bonus system for the month of Sept. This attempt failed.
2.) Mr. Zhang will consider this recent situation when issuing the bonus's for the month of October
3.) I still feel our bonus system has some problems and is too complicated. My plan still is to improve the company bonus system for year 2007. This is still under evaluation as to how best achieve this goal of an improved bonus system.
4.) Feel free to copy my memo and Mr. Zhangs response to the Dolomite plant workers for discussions.
