參考答案:可能是由于开关机不当，造成硬盘的某些档案受损（但愿是逻辑损伤！）。用XP的光盘启动机器，进入到主控制台模式，运行CHKDSK /R检查并修复硬盘错误（根据硬盘的大小，所需的时间也不同，一般来讲半个小时吧）。
建议，在备份了重要数据之后，分区、格式化、重装系统为上策，因为上述处理之后，仍然可能重现这样的故障！如果是OEM的XP，最好将补丁（），据称Windows XP的标准的恢复处理是运行 chkdsk -f 命令并继续。但在Windows XP 的OEM版中却阻止了chkdsk -f命令的运行。
