复旦大学教授(Yongyao Xia) 男，1965年8月出生于浙江余姚。1987年毕业于浙江师范大学化学系。1990年获吉林大学化学系电化学专业理学硕士学位。1990-1993年进入中国科学院长春应用化学研究所工作。1997年获日本佐贺大学能源-材料科学专业工学博士学位，同年留校任日本文部省教官讲师。1998年赴美国南卡罗来纳州化学工程系电化学中心做访问学者。1999-2001年在日本通产省大阪工业技术研究所做客座研究员。2001-2002年进入日立maxell公司电池开发中心工作。2003年回复旦大学化学系工作，现为复旦大学特聘教授，博士生导师。主要从事新型贮能材料和贮能技术，无机-有机纳米复合材料在贮能、催化、物质分离、医药、光致和电致发光等领域中的应用,及功能材料的量子设计等研究。现在共发表论文60片篇，其中SCI论文50篇，专利18项，特邀参与编书3本。被国际重要学术刊物引用1000次以上，单篇引用率达250次以上，获日本电化学会2002年度日本电化学会志优秀论文奖，2005年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划。
