湖南宾馆介绍湖南宾馆始建于1959年，1962年正式营业，是湖南省历史最早、知名度和美誉度很高的宾馆。建馆至今，一直是省委、省政府接待客人的主要单位,曾接待过党和国家三代领导人和多位外国元首及政要。
宾馆毗邻湖南烈士公园，院内鸟语花香、环境幽雅，属于典型的“绿色宾馆”；距火车站2公里，距黄花机场26公里，有多路公交汽车经过，交通十分便利。
宾馆现有客房三栋，分别为一号楼、二号楼、三号楼，其中一号楼为苏式建筑，被长沙市政府列为“近现代保护建筑”。
