如果您使用ICS，并且外部连接使用PPPoE（PPP over Ethernet），那么使用ICS连接的客户端可能会无法浏览某些Web站点或者发送包含附件的e-mail。
PPPoE要求在所有客户端计算机上将MTU（Maximum Transmission Unit）的设置减小到一个不大于1492（缺省为1500）的值。某些情况下，这个值可能还要比1492更小。
您可以执行以下的操作来确定正确的MTU的大小：
1、用"IPCONFIG"确定ICS服务器的默认网关；
2、在客户端的命令行提示符下，输入"PING -f -l "，MTU的起始值为1454。
3、如果得到错误信息"Packet needs to be fragmented but DF set"，则减小MTU的大小重试，直到该命令成功执行。
