关于ICL文件格式的说明 困扰了我很多时间的ICL文件格式今天终于让我给找到了。原来ICL文件只不过就是一个改了名字的16位Windows DLL(NE模式).里面除了图标什么都没有。ICL扩展名只不过是一种习惯的叫法。文件格式网址：http://www.wotsit.org/search.asp?s=graphics。附上英文原文解释：
