（慧聪网家电频道报道）据韩国三星SDI公司介绍说：针对日本Matsushita电子株式会社及下属松下电器分公司侵犯其专利事件，公司已经向美国联邦法院提起诉讼。
三星公司发言人称：我们提起诉讼案件，主要是反对Matsushita电子株式会社及下属松下电器分公司侵犯了三星等离子的主要生产技术。
针对这个事情，双方已经进行了一年的谈判和解，但最后以失败告终，至此三星才采取法律行为。
三星方面介绍说，公司之所以选择这家美国法院进行诉讼是因为：美国是世界上最大的数字电视市场，也是“三星和松下事件”的第三方。这样有利于案件得到公平的裁决。
Samsung Files Patent Violation Case Against Matsushita
Samsung SDI Co. said it has brought a patent violation lawsuit against Japan’s Matsushita Electric and its subsidiary Panasonic in a U.S. federal court.
"We filed a case against Matsushita and Panasonic over their violation of our patents on key PDP manufacturing technology," Samsung said.
The legal action came after a year of negotiations failed to resolve the dispute.
Samsung said it brought the case to a U.S. court because the U.S. is the world’s largest market for digital TVs and a third country is expected to make a fair ruling on the issue. (Forbes.com, AFX)
