Today is the first day we return to work from holiday. I am so glad to tell you a good news. I receive a letter to inform me that I have got the offer to join a project funding by EU-CHINA legal and Judicial Co-operation Programme. And I will leave for EU to join this programme for 9 months. I mentioned this in the article 'I determine to stay at home finally' autum of last year. Now let me digest related part of that article here in oreder to let more friends know it.Here it is:
I got a piece of news that there is a project funding to send Chinese lawyer to go to Europe to study for 9 monthes next year. My conditions just can meet the requirements of this project funding. I need to sign up and have an interview at the end of this year.Of course, the competition will be keen. The number of candidates only 15 all over the country.But I like to meet challenge.This is a strong reason to support me to stay here. Because if I can go through this project, it is undoutable to save a huge expenditure for me. The project funding is supported by Europe.:PPP I can use this huge money to buy an apartment.:-)I will use it as reception place to welcome you all to visit me.:-))
I must tell you all that I don't give up to going abroad. I am surely ready to meet failure to go Europe.If fail, I will go abroad in a appropriate time that I think in future to make my dream come true.I am full of confidence with it. It is very easy for me.
Now, I write a good end today.In fact, I got many help from friends of here. I suppose that my performance in the important interview should play key role in this fierce competation. Before the interview, I got David, liping, coco and Jeff's big help. Without their encouragement, I can't imagine what result it would be. I don't know how to thank you all, my dear friends. In addition, this forum is my strong support too. Many friends have been supporting and encouraging me since I came here. Though my oral English is poor, I still felt confidence when I was interviewed with English professor. So I suppose that i impressed the English professor deeply with my confidence and smiling instead of fluent English.:-))
I will travel five countries of EU in nine months, such as England, Belgium, Spain, Demark, Germany or France. I will get short training and take some field practice in some legal unit, such as law firm, legal institute and so on. I will leave for EU around early April and come back at end of this year.I think that I will log on hongen when I am in EU. So don't feel sorry for absence of dove. I may not come here as often as present. I should cheirsh every minute to study more and experience more abroad. So you can understand me, right?
In fact, this forum is so prosperous due to more and more friends to join, especially Mary and Uncle Ben's coming.Sometime, I think that I may retire for a while.:-)) I still remember that David said to me seriously ' you are a teacher of forum'. I had been a teacher. So I can't help teaching something to youth. I don't hope that they make too much detour in their lives. BUT, I don't think that I am a competent teacher. I just intend to be a friend of you.
