Dear Honeystone,
I'm going to do what I don't do very often, and that is to correct your whole article. I am a Canadian and a native English speaker of a good standard English so you can be confident that the changes are correct. :
First major error: easily corrected when understood. You have used exclamation marks (!) incorrectly throughout. You used them everywhere, when only a simple period (.) was needed. I left as many exclamation marks in as possible and tried not to change your style and original wording more than I had to.
Second major error: also easily corrected, was to use the chatroom form of "want to" here, where it isn't encouraged. It is completely incorrect English, no matter what anyone tells you, and only fit for the most casual of conversations, or for chatrooms and places like that.
Third is that it is usual in English to sign your posts at the bottom. I always use what is called a "complimentary ending", too. It isn't necessary in these posts, but is always necessary in a business letter. Otherwise the ending sounds too abrupt and unfriendly.
Fourth: you should leave two spaces after each period, exclamation mark or question mark. After each comma or semi-colon you leave one space.
If you do these four easy things you will immediately show great progress! :-)
If really serious about bringing your English level up again you will carefully compare my corrected article with your original, find the changes, and decide why I made them.
I hope some others who are seriously and carefully studying, and who have the time to do so, will do the same: compare your post with the corrected version and find the reasons for the changes.
Warmly, Mary, native English speaker writing here from Canada.

First, let me explain about my title.
I am a student aged 21, born in Tianjin, and being schooled in Wuhan University of Science and Technology. My department is Civil Engineering. I am a junior. As we all know, we study English for only two years in college. Therefore, I don't study any English in school now.
I find that I am losing my English, and this is what I don't want to have happen. I don't want to let my parents down. I also don't want to let my old teacher down, and most importantly, I don't want to let myself down!I made a decision. I must study English everyday! Only in this way can I study English well. I sent a first post to this forum in order to begin to practise my written English every day. I think I can adhere to writing daily something about my life, my studies and also a few others things. I know there must be many mistakes in my article, so I welcome anybody to pick the mistakes out for me. I will thank you very much!
Ok, let me start. Today is Monday, November 17th. The weather in Wuhan is cloudy. I am very happy today because I accomplished some beginning work by myself. I drew a beautiful villa using 3dmax, but I think no doubt I will find something that needs improving tomorrow!
