The Road of Life It is said that life is like a road. Ahead of this road, sometimes there may be a lovely spring, sometimes there may be a cloudy sky, and sometimes there may even be a thunderstorm. Confronting different kinds of life, we must take different attitudes, and walk along bravely on this road. In some occasions, there will be sunshine ahead of a road, and the same thing may also happen to the road of life. Sometimes we may make success in an exam, make great progress at work, and even win a prize in a lottery. At these moments, we may feel that how wonderful my life is and how brilliant the future will be. However, at such times, we must keep a clam mind. We mustn’t be intoxicated by the good phenomena, we mustn’t forget our ideals of our life. We should analyze the reason of making success so as to make further progress in the future. Sometimes, there will be neither sunshine nor storm ahead of a road, and thesame thing may also happen to the road of life. At whiles everything in the life seems to be so common and watery. We may find that the world is so dull, as dull as a pond of dead water. At these circumstances, we must keep an enterprising mood and use a progressive attitude towards the persons and businesses around us. We must try to scoop the specialties through the commonness, and make attempts to create ripples in quiet water. If we can not only experience life but also create it , we may find that life can be so lumpy and exciting. Nevertheless, most of the time, there is a terrible thunderstorm ahead of a road, and the same thing may also happen to the road of life. At times, a large amount of unpleasant things may happen at the same time and make us feel ultimately dejected. The failure of an exam, the misplay in an investment, and even a hit by others while riding a bike back home, may give us the feeling of depression. At these situations, we must use a placid mind to treat all the things in our life. A number of proverbs and epigrams tell us that if we can encounter the thunderstorm in our life bravely, a colourful rainbow is certain to be shown afterwards. That is to say, we must fight against the failure and frustration in our life courageously. Life is a zigzag road, any situation can occur on this road. No matter where its destination is, no matter what we may confront on the road, we must go ahead bravely with an aspiring and energetic mind. If we do so, there will not be any regret behind us.
