原文：Annual Commissions Meeting Paris wraps up this weekend

The IFSC commissions members had a successful and productive 2 days of meetings over the weekend with 50 members present representing 10 commissions.
The meetings actually began on Friday evening, with a strategic discussion and input session involving the Executive Board, present members of the Management Committee, and the Directors of the Commissions. This set the tone for the weekend, and gave direction to the commissions.
Many proposals for improvement and decisions came out of these two days. The next step is to report to the Management Committee for approval. From then a full report will become available to the public. Stay tuned!

International Federation of Sport Climbing
On January 27th 2007, the IFSC was born when 48 National Federations voted to create the new International Federation to govern Competition Climbing.
The IFSC is a continuation of the International Council for Competition Climbing (ICC) which has been in existence since 1997.
