According to local reports, Under Armour Inc. plans to significantly expand its work force, adding approximately 300 new members to its current 450-strong workforce. To help cope with this increased headcount, the company plans to renovate warehouse space near its current waterfront headquarters at 1020 Hull Street in Baltimore, MD.
The reports indicate the additional 140,000 square feet of space would be used as additional office, warehouse and retail space, including an outlet store mainly for employees, likely similar to the store Nike has at its headquarters in Beaverton.
