企业概况
中水五局就是中国水利水电第五工程局（以下简称“水电五局”），隶属于中国水利水电建设集团公司，是水利水电工程施工总承包特级企业。水电五局组建于1954年，现已发展成为集投资、施工、安装、制造、设计、科研为一体，以建筑为主业，具有水利水电工程施工总承包特级，市政公用工程施工总承包壹级，房屋建筑工程施工总承包贰级，地基与基础工程、公路路基工程专业承包壹级，隧道工程专业承包壹级等大型建筑施工企业。
水电五局在近半个世纪的沧桑岁月中，艰苦奋斗，超越自我，勇攀高峰。先后从治理淮河到开发黄河、长江，足迹遍布神州大地20多个省、市、自治区、直辖市、香港行政特别区，承建了刘家峡、盐锅峡、碧口、岳城、棘洪滩、潘家口、十三陵、天荒坪、大桥水库、南水北调、紫坪铺、桐柏等100多项大中型水利水电工程，安装了大型常规机组、贯流式机组和抽水蓄能机组等100余台，完成总装机容量600万千瓦。建设高速、高等级公路30余条，总长度达到560公里。率先在几内亚、伊拉克、菲律宾、马其顿、苏丹、摩洛哥等国家和地区建成20多项水电工程。在水利水电施工史上创下了多项国内第一的辉煌业绩，荣获全国科学大会奖7项，省部级科技进步奖30余项。近年，《不良地质条件下超大型调压井工程关键施工技术研究》获得中国水利水电建设集团公司科技进步一等奖，科研成果达到国际先进水平，福堂调压井施工新技术荣登《中国企业新纪录》榜。目前,正在承建中国在国外的最大建设项目——苏丹麦络维大坝枢纽工程。近来年，水电五局积极投身建设嘉陵江、岷江、安宁河、大渡河等流域水电市场，市场开拓不断向西部、华中、华南、云南等各省辐射，从国内向国外辐射。水电五局在加快工程建设的同时，积极进行产业多元化经营。先后投融资白龙小水电、紫兰坝水电站、大金坪水电站、洪一水电站、西安商品混凝土厂等工程，拓宽了企业的经营范围，加快了企业产业结构调整的步伐。
水电五局现有职工9900人，各类专业技术人员2700人，其中高级专业技术人员500余人，中级专业技术人员1300人，监理工程师200余人，项目经理430人。其中，具有一级资质项目经理70人；拥有资产总额22.26亿元；年施工能力：土石方挖填1500万立方米，混凝土浇筑200万立方米，大型隧洞开挖衬砌15000延米，金属结构制作安装30000吨，大型水轮发电机组安装4台，拥有先进的设备5000余台套，年施工产值30亿元以上。

先进设备
荣膺全国施工企业机电设备管理先进单位的水电五局，在大中型水利水电工程及其他工程施工中，土石方开挖、基础处理、混凝土浇筑、机电安装、大型金属结构制安、物资运输等形成了一套完整的机械化施工、自动化控制系统。拥有先进的现货化进口设备5000台（套），可独立承担各类建筑工程施工。
施工生产能力：土石方挖填1500万立方米，混凝土浇筑200万立方为，大型隧洞开挖15000延米，金属结构制作安装30000吨，大型水轮发电机组安装4台，年施工产值30亿元以上。
科研成果
科技无限，杰出尽显。水电五局坚持科技兴局战略，注重科学技术的研究的新技术、新工艺的总结、推广、应用。水电五局拥有勘测设计、科研试验等技术开发机构；1978年以来，先后承担了有关土石坝、地下工程和复杂基础处理、砂岩制沙等重大科研课题20多项；荣获全国科技大会奖7项，省、部级科技进步奖30余项。

土石坝工程
水电五局是国内土石坝施工最具代表性的队伍，尤其是高土石坝、面板堆石坝筑坝施工最具实力。先后兴建30余座大中型土石坝。在施工中采用定向爆破截流、风化岩混合料做防渗墙、复合工膜代替粘土心墙和混凝土斜墙防渗、沥青混凝土面板防渗等新技术、新工艺，分别荣获省部级优秀科技成果奖。90年代起，率先进入面板堆石坝建筑市场，先后优质高速建成面板堆石坝10余座，累计完成各类混凝土防渗面板100多万平方米。
混凝土工程
水电五局有一支技术力量雄厚、工程齐全、机械化程度高的混凝土施工队伍。在几十年的水利水电工程施工历程中，建成一大批高质量、独具特点的混凝土工程，积累了丰富的施工经验。其中，总承包建成的宝珠寺水电站枢纽工程，荣获四川省政府AAA级信誉工程奖。洪雅城东水电站，创造了国内闸坝水电站基础开挖至发电最快工期。近年，在一批闸坝工程建设中，均以快速、质优赢得业主赞扬，被誉为“闸坝劲旅”。通口碾压混凝土大坝、藤子沟双曲坝拓宽了混凝土大坝施工领域。
地下工程
水电五局地下工程施工保持着传统优势。特别是近20年来，先后承建引滦入唐、南水北调、引大入秦、香港海底隧道、碧口、龙门滩、汾河、托海、库克苏、宝珠寺、大桥、昌马、福堂、紫坪铺、瀑布沟、田湾河等地下工程施工。引滦入唐八一林隧洞施工率先采用新奥法技术；在不良地质情况下，成功采用小导管超前灌浆、管棚、钢支撑等支护技术，完成包括隧洞、地下洞室建筑、基础处理在内的大量地下工程施工任务。累计完成各项规模不等的隧洞209.91公里，隧洞掘进速度多次刷新全国新记录。建成了“亚洲第一井”－－福堂电站调压井工程
机电安装
水电五局拥有一支经验丰富、技术先进的机电安装队伍。80年代以来，先后完成常规机组、抽水蓄能机组、贯流式机组等各类机组安装100余台，总容量800万千瓦。所有机组安装质量优良，均一次启动成功。目前承担着紫坪铺、桐柏等国内大型常规、抽水蓄能及亚洲最大的冲击式机组田湾河电站机组安装。我局机电安装率先走向世界，承担了斯里兰卡、突尼斯、伊拉克、几内亚、阿富汗、马其顿、苏丹、菲律宾等国家水电工程的机电安装和金属结构安装任务，以一流的技术和质量赢得了海内外业主的赞誉。
金属结构安装
水电五局水工金属结构制作及安装业绩辉煌，先后取得超大型平面滑动门、平面定轮门、弧形闸门，大型固定卷扬启闭机，超大型压力钢管，门、桥式起重机，缆索起重机安装等水工金属结构及设备生产许可证书。主要承担压力钢管、振动碾、混凝土拌和楼及储运设备、隧洞施工各类台车及大型钢模板等制作安装。年生产能力30000吨以上。其中自行研制的振动碾填补国内空白。作为金属结构制作安装专业队伍的水工机械厂、机电安装分局，设备先进、技术精湛，共拥有各类设备2000台（套）。
路桥
水电五局早在50年代初,承建了北京首都机场跑道、停机坪及公路等。近年来，先后承建了河北宣大高速公路、长江三峡工程对外专用交通公路、国道108线四川广南段高速公路、国道108线绵广高速公路、国道212线宝珠寺电站库区公路改线、湖北襄十高速公路郜营互通式立交桥、内蒙古国道301线博牙公路、重庆綦万高速公路、成都光华大道、湖北马鞍山国内第二宽的6车道拱隧道等30多条公路施工。累计修建一级以上公路路基120公里，修建单跨100米以上的公路大桥7座。现从事路桥工程建设的职工2000余人，工程技术人员342人，先进配套的公路施工机械设备286台（套），净值8700万元，技术装备3.7万/人。
堤防港口
水电五局具有堤防、港口、航道工程建设经验和实力。承建的江西景德城防工程、湖北长江荆南干堤加固工程、福建闽江下流防洪堤工程、福州闽江桔园洲防洪工程、黄河堤防工程、长江涪陵龙王港码头、江西九江堤防工程等，赢得业主和社会的好评。在嘉陵江流域，正在承建航道化工程桐子壕、青居、金银台、金溪、小龙门等航电枢纽工程，以严格的管理、科学的施工赢得业主首肯。
工民建
水电五局在工业及民用建筑设计和施工方面成就显著拥有建筑设计乙级资质，先后建成成都江源大厦及水电五局广元水电大厦．短短十年间，共建成面积达60多万平方米的成都、广元、三河、涿州、高碑店等职工生活基地和川北水工厂、都江堰市商住楼等工业厂房、民用建筑物，以质量佳、进度快，受到有关各方的一致好评。
市政工程
水电五局在市政公用工程及排水工程施工领域获得新突破。引黄济青输水工程为青岛人民做出了贡献。温州泽雅引水工程施工，以优质高速饮誉鹿城。烟台污水处理工程、绍兴小舜江城市供水工程以及米易供水工程等均受到客户好评。据不完全统计，近年来，先后完成城市道路、桥梁、隧道等工程建设20余项。具备承担种类市政公用工程、给排水工程的施工能力。
国际工程
水电五局在建好国内水利水电工程的同时，不断开拓国际市场，在行业内率先走向世界。从上世纪60年代末起，先后在几内亚、阿富汗斯里兰卡、突尼斯、伊拉克、阿尔巴尼亚、老挝、马其顿、菲律宾、巴基斯坦、摩洛哥等国家承建了水利水电工程。目前，承建着我国在国外最大的建设项目，合同金额5.5亿欧元的苏丹麦洛维大坝枢纽工程，工程建设速度、质量获得国内外专家的好评。
投资融资
水电五局在加快工程建设的同时，积极进行产业多元化经营。自上世纪90年代末，先后投(融)资白龙小水电、紫兰坝水电站、大金坪水电站、洪一水电站及西安商品混凝土厂，拓宽了企业的经营范围，加快了企业产业结构调整的步伐，使企业不断向现代企业制度迈进。

SINOHYDRO BUREAU 5 has built in over 20 provinces in China more than 30 expressway and highway projects and more than 100 large and medium scale water conservancy & hydropower projects, including installation of over 100 large or medium sized conventional generator units and pumped storage generator units. The company also stepped abroad to build more than 20 projects, including hydropower station and road upgrading project in HongKong Philippine, Morocco, Sudan, Ethiopia, Macedonia and Laos etc..In Now, there are 9 constructing projects with total value over $1.5 billion, such as Merowe Dam Project, Sudan. It is the biggest overseas project of China. At home, it has achieved many Number ones in building field, won 7 titles of Nation Science Conference Award and 30 titles of provincial level Sci-tech Progress Award.
Currently, SINOHYDRO BUREAU 5 has 9,900 employees, of which there are 2,700 certified professionals in different disciplines, including 500 senior professional, 1200 medium professionals, 200 consulting engineers, and 430 project managers, among which 70 nos with Grade A Project Managers. BUREAU 5 has its own institutes for investigation, design, and test. Since 1978, the company has undertaken more then 20 important scientic research topics such as earth & rock dam, underground work, complex foundation treatment, and sand process, etc. BUREAU 5 has won 7 titles of National Science Conference Award and 30 titles of provincial level Sci-tech Progress Award.
BUREAU 5 is one of the top-ranking earth & rock dam construction teams in China, specializing in high earth and rock dam, and concrete face rockfill dam. It has completed more than 30 large or medium sized earth & rock dams. Many new technologies have been awarded the provincial level Sci-tech Progress Awards, such as, oriented blasting for river diversion, mantle rock mixtures for cut-off wall, compound geomembrane for anti-seepage treatment of earth core rockfill dam, concrete sliding wall, and concrete face slab. Now the company has accomplished over 1 million square meters of anti-seepage concrete face slab.
The company owns one professional and high-mechanized concrete construction team. During several decades of construction, it has completed lots of high-quality and characteristic concrete works, and gained rich experience. Among these works, Bao Zhusi Power station was awared the ‘AAA Credit Project’ by Sichuan government. Hong Ya Power Station has broken the record of the shortest time limit of construction from foundation excavation to electricity generation in China.
The company keeps its advantages in the construction of traditional underground engineering. Especially in recent twenty years, it has been undertaking various underground projects such as Water Diversion form Luan River to Tangshan, Futang Power Station, Zi Pingpu Power Station, Chang Ma Power Station, and so on. The speed of tunnel excavation has broken the top record at home for many times. In addition, Futang Power Station surge chamber engineering with the biggest inner diameter in Asia has been built.
The Company possesses a group of highly qualified team with hand-on experience in M&E installation. Since the year 1980, it has been installing 100 above sets of normal units, pumped storage power units and tubular units. The total capacity is 8 million kilowatts. The company has undetaken the installation of electromechanical equipment and metal structures of hydropower engineering of foreign countries such as Sri Lanka, Tunis, Iraq, Guinea, Afghanistan, Mecedonia, Sudan and Philippine, and earned the commendation of forieign employers with its high-class technology and quality.
Recently, the company has undertaken the construction of more than 30 highways successively, such as Hebei Xuanda Highway, Three Gorges processional pavement for visitors, Sichuan-Guangan Highway, Xiangshi Highway Flyover, and so on. Totally the length of constructed first level highway is 120 kilometers, and the number of constructed brides crossing 100 meters above is 7. Additionally it is equipped with 286 sets of advanced road mechanical equipment which has a net value of RMB87 million Yuan, and RMB37,000 Yuan of technical furnishment.
The company has experience in constructig dams, harbors and waterways. It has undertaken the construction of many projects such as Consolidation Project of Jingnan Dike Section, Dam Engineering of Jinde Town, Flood Control Dam at lower reachers of Min River, and so on. The company has obtained new achievements in Municipal works and water supply and sewerage works. Owing to the prestige built in this project, this year, we got a new bid, Roseires Dam Heightening Project, $0.39 billion value.
苏丹The contract value of Sudan Merowe Dam which is the current biggest overseas project amounted to 550,000,000 Euros. The Elevation of Dam top is 303m, the highest is around 65m, the full length is about 9647m. The capacity of Power Station is 125,000 kilowatts, The total installed capacity is 1,250,000 kilowatt(1250MW)。
The project is located on the Sudan River Nile. The contract value amounts to 396 million dollars. The work was started on 1st May, 2008, and the total work duration will be 1308 days. The earth & rock excavation quantity is 5,520,000m3, the backfill quantity is 20,770,000m3, and the concrete quantity is 150,000m3. The heightening and reinforcing of Roseires Dam shall make the dam up to max. design height of 490m.
摩洛哥Morocco Tanafnit Dam
The work was started on 1st January 2006, and the contract price is around 18.18 million dollars. This project is a mixed-type dam, consisting of one earth backfill dam and one concrete spillway. Besides, there are also one temporary river diversion-drainage bottom outlet, and one grouting gallery.
