简介
圣克雷曼大公国（the Grand Duke of Sacred Land）成立于公元2009年6月17日，在圣克雷曼大公埃里克陈不懈的斗争下光荣独立。目前（2009年6月17日最新数据），圣克雷曼大公国拥有国土面积约50平方米，人口两人（分别为伟大的圣克雷曼大公及大公妃），建都天息城（目前实际政治中心移至锦城）。国歌为《D大调卡农》，国旗为红白蓝金龙旗（红色代表激情与梦想，白色代表民主与和平，蓝色代表冷静与稳重，三色所占比例表达国家意志，金龙表示光荣的血脉）。
独立宣言
在有关人类事务的发展过程中，当一个民族必须解除其和另一个民族之间的政治联系，并在世界各国之间依照自然法则和上帝的意旨，接受独立和平等的地位时，出于人类舆论的尊重，必须把他们不得不独立的原因予以宣布。
When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for a people to advance from that subordination in which they have hi-therto remained, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the equal and independent station to which the laws of nature and of nature's god entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind
requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the change.
在圣克雷曼大公埃里克陈的英明领导与不懈抗争下，圣克雷曼大公国最终建立。我们无视别人的冷嘲热讽，追求自己的自由与理想。我们有权也有能力建设好这个国家。是的，我们独立了。
In the Grand Duchy of Eric Chan's wise leadership and tireless struggle, the Grand Duke of Sacred Land finally is establishment. We ignore other people's cynicism, and pursue our freedom and dreams. We have the right and the ability to build this country。 Yes, we are independent.
为了支持这篇宣言，我们坚决信赖上帝的庇佑，以我们的生命、我们的财产和我们神圣的名誉，彼此宣誓。
And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the Protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

第一条
Article 1
大公是圣克雷曼大公国的象征，是圣克雷曼国民整体的象征。
The Grand Duke is the symbol of the Grand Duke of Sacred Land and the symbol of the whole nation Sacred Land.
第二条
Article 2
圣克雷曼大公国国民是自由与独立的，并享有天赋的权利（生活与自由的权利，包括获取与拥有财产、追求和享有幸福与安全的手段），国家不能凭任何契约剥夺这些权利。
The people of the Grand Duke of Sacred Land are free andindependent，and enjoy life with the right talent (life and freedom, including acquirement and property, the pursuit of happiness and safety and enjoy).The Grand Duke with any contract cannot deprive these rights.

圣克雷曼大公国实行二元制君主立宪制，圣克雷曼大公行使行政权，议会行使立法权，最高法院行使司法权。
The Grand Duke of Sacred Land implements dual constitutional monarchy. The Grand Duke exercises administrative power. The parliament exercises legislative. The Supreme Court exercises jurisdiction.
