The faulty一支来自美国加州旧金山市的乐团，成员由4男1女组成。1994年组建，2年就解散了。只发行了一张EP和一首单曲，The Kids Are Ready是EP的名字，在推出单曲Considering The Options之后乐队也随之解散.虽然短暂但他们用音乐证明了The faulty是最棒的乐队.
satellite做为ESF(龙珠版CS)的开场音乐算是乐队最著名的歌了。
他们的音乐风格应该属于Screamo，这是一种以吼叫嗓音和和谐的吉他旋律和快节奏的riff为主的音乐。和大部分Screamo音乐一样，他们的音乐充满了爆发力，让人听了有种为之疯狂的感觉。歌词凌乱无章，像《Satellite》一句歌词“so I'll be riding home in tanks”，谁都难以解释这句话的意思。在这些支离破碎的言语中，包含了对未来的迷惘，对权威的不屑一顾，和大部分PUNK文化应该有东西（很庆幸，这个乐队的音乐没有包括性，毒品，暴力等等东西，总的来说还是比较文明的）。
虽然他们已经离我们远去，甚至连官网也关闭了，但是我们应该记住他们，记住他们曾经给我们带来的热血和感动。
