假如从来没配过在邮件的最下面会有新增自动转发的提示，已经同时支持转发和pop了。
以后可以通过settings->GeneralLabelsFiltersForwarding and POP
然后进入下面的页面：

Forwarding:
Disable forwarding
Forward a copy of incoming mail to and keep Gmail's copy in the Inboxarchive Gmail's copytrash Gmail's copy
Tip: You can also forward only some of your mail by creating a filter!
POP Download:
1. Status: POP is disabled
Enable POP for all mail
Enable POP only for mail that arrives from now on
2. When messages are accessed with POP keep Gmail's copy in the Inboxarchive Gmail's copytrash Gmail's copy
3. Configure your email client (e.g. Outlook, Eudora, Netscape Mail)
