设置有一个浏览器，和一个下载器。
浏览器可在离线状态下已经下载到本地的图片；下载器可以点击选择下载更老的或者更新的图片。
浏览器左上角的位置隐藏了一个小菜单，鼠标放在上面才可以显示出来，通过菜单可以启动下载器、更换图片储存位置，以及打开说明文件。在图片上单击右键可以重新下载图片或者下载大尺寸的图片。
下载器，下载过程中可以停止本次下载，下次再继续下载新的图片。
软件包含判断是否连接因特网的机制。
安装时需要自动下载和安装微软的.NET Framework 4.0，可能要花一点时间。

This software is trying to help you download the pictures of “Photo of the Day” (Initial page: http://photography.nationalgeographic.com/...hoPOD)on National Geographic web site (http://www.nationalgeographic.com/).
With it the photos and photo information will be able to be downloaded automatically, and saved to your local hard drive. You can view the pictures with the software as well, and the photo information will be dispalyed correspondingly.
For the first time you use this software, the DOWNLOADER will be launched. You need the Internet access to use the software so that to download pictures to local. You can view the local pictures offline. But when you want to update your local pictures, you need to connect to the Internet.
Sometimes due to low network speed, some pictures may not be downloaded completely. But you can right-click the in-completed photo and choose to re-downloaded, when you view the photo.
For some photos that you can find with larger version on the web page, you can find and download them by right-clicking and choosing to download larger-sized photo, as you view the picture.
When you hove your mouse on the top of the text of “NGM Photo of the Day”, a small menu will appear. With it you can change the location you store the pictures on your drive, and you can launch the DOWNLOADER to find online photos earlier or older than the photos you already have on your drive. Also you can open this file.
So enjoy the beautiful pictures.
