CMT brings you the inside story of the selection process for the team: a behind the scenes look at what the casual observer would never get the chance to see. A four month process that begins in April and ends in August. To many, it may seem like those involved in the selection process are just looking for pretty faces to scatter around the sidelines, but this simply is not the case. The director of the team, Kelli Finglass, is the heart and soul of the entire organization. Being a former DCC herself, she knows how tough it can be in the girls' shoes and knows the incredible stress the girls must endure throughout the entire process. The girls must excel in a range of categories: athleticism, dance, football knowledge, personality, and over all style. CMT takes you through the entire, grueling, four month process where some dreams will come true, while others are shattered.
