本报讯（记者李远志）昨天，第六批全国重点文物保护单位名单公布，全国共有1080处文保单位入选。北京的中南海、京杭大运河、元大都城墙遗址、日坛、月坛、地坛、大栅栏商业建筑、鲁迅旧居、爨底下村等38处文保单位晋升为全国重点文物保护单位，这使北京的“国保”单位数量上升到97处。 网易历史http://news.163.com/history/
从1961年到2001年，国务院先后公布了五批全国重点文物保护单位，共计1200多家。去年下半年，国家文物局启动了第六批全国重点文物保护单位的遴选审核工作，最终确定了1080处，同时确定了与现有全国重点文物保护单位合并的106个项目。北京市新增的“国保”单位有38处，分为古遗址、古墓葬、古建筑、近现代重要史迹及代表性建筑四大类。至此，北京共有“国保”单位97处。 网易历史http://news.163.com/history/
据了解，根据相关法律规定，“国保”单位不得被损坏和拆除，如果要对其进行迁移、维修、重建或用作其他用途，必须报请国务院批准。进入“国保”名录的文保单位，必须有完善的保护管理制度，必须划定保护范围和建设控制地带。国家文物局将启动针对新“国保”单位的“四有”（有保护范围、有标志说明、有科学记录档案、有人管理）保护工程，用最短的时间消除它们存在的各种隐患。记者从北京市文物局了解到，北京新增的“国保”单位几乎都在短期内进行过修缮。到2008年，本市市级以上的文保单位都将得到修护。 网易历史http://news.163.com/history/38家“国保”单位名单及地址 网易历史http://news.163.com/history/
