这次斯里兰卡筹备，也算众多旅行中提前准备做多的一次，定好所有的酒店，以前通常是定一些找一些，事先把车租好，又是和一个贫穷的非英语国家车行租赁，想来要复杂些。按照朋友提供的网站上去看了一番

起初准备租一辆15座的车，发了EMAIL过去，他们很快回复，并且建议我定26座的考斯特，我又发EMAIL过去说，我只有11人，15座够吧，
当然么，我想越便宜越好，嘿嘿。人家立即回复我说，15座去掉司机的位置，还有14个，11个人，只有三个位置放行李，不够。是啊，还要有个人坐最后一排，还是不方便。就26座吧，有了如下超详细版回复。大家看看
PS 斯里兰卡的酒店，都提供司机食宿，因此这部分无须负担。我们一路上，就一次停留吃饭为司机买过单，以及最后一顿是我们邀请司机共同吃的，其他都是酒店提供的。

Driver Meals And Accommodation : Out of Colombo Client is expected to provide or an allowance of Rs. 750/-per day is to be charged for this purpose (All good hotels provide free meals & Accommodation for drivers ) The Driver will find a place for himself ,if no driver quarters are available at your hotels.
5. Govt. Tax : Vat 15% will be added to the total.
6. Mileage/Time Calculation: Our garage to garage Basis
7. Air port pickup / Drop (If required): Our driver will meet your flight carrying your name aboard at the Air port and bring you to our office for the transaction. If you do not spot our driver, please call us on 011-2-365 365 or 0777-316935 (Driver and Airport Charges Airport including parking & pager fees: Rs. 395 for Vans Rs. 295 for Cars).

9. Insurance : All our vehicles are comprehensively (Properly) insured to cover the Driver, All Passengers, the Vehicle and third party damage with ‘Car Rental Fleet’ cover.
10. Payments : In advance (Rental). We accept cash (SLRs/US$/EURO/GBP), Master Card or Visa. Currency: All rates quoted are in Sri Lankan Rupees. Standard Bank Exchange Rates a****y (1 US$ = SLRs. 108 / 1 EURO = SLRs. 167 / 1 GBP = SLRs. 210 / Indian Rs1 = SL Rs. 2.54.
11. Service Guarantee : We guarantee a 24/7 Substitute Vehicle / Driver in case of an accident or a breakdown. All our Vehicles are Company Owned and Maintained. All our chauffeurs are Full-time Company Employees. We do not operate with freelance operators.
